• There are 3 immersive digital art exhibitions, which change every 10 months.
• The exhibitions are carefully chosen to embody a common theme, to connect with each other and the concept of our immersive digital art centre.

• Yes, there are very dynamic combinations of lights, bright colours and loud sounds, so we don’t recommend the exhibitions for persons with epilepsy or sound/light sensitivity, and similar conditions.

• No. Food and beverages are not available, and are not permitted in our immersive digital art centre.
• There is a Food Court conveniently located next to Infinity des Lumières.

• Yes. Our exclusive boutique is accessible directly from The Dubai Mall and from our immersive digital art centre.
• It offers an exciting array of items that are unique, carefully selected and representative of the innovative, memorable Infinity des Lumières experience.
• With direct access from the mall, you can come back freely any time, regardless of your visit

• You can book your tickets online through Infinity des Lumières’ website or at the ticketing desk inside the venue, located in The Dubai Mall, Level 2.

Official tickets for Infinity des Lumières Immersive Experiences in Dubai can only be purchased on the official website or inside of the venue at The Dubai Mall, level 2.

Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Tickets are sold per person, according to the following rates;

• Adults (14 years old and above) 125 AED
• Children (3 to 13 years old) 75 AED
• Infants (up to 3 years old)* FREE
• People of determination** FREE
• Companions of people of determination 75 AED
*Note - Proof of age is required for FREE infant ticket.
**Note - To receive the free ticket, proof of disability status is required. This is possible only on site, and cannot be done in advance online.

• The ticket purchases are not subject to the legal right of withdrawal.
• Once issued, tickets cannot be exchanged, modified, or refunded, except in the event that Infinity des Lumières cancels the show to which the ticket confers.

The cancellation is, however, excluded when it results from a case of force majeure.

In the event that the show shown on the ticket is cancelled by Infinity des Lumières, the customer service will contact you as soon as possible by email or SMS to inform you and offer you;

• either, if possible, with the same ticket, rescheduling to a different day and/or time,
• or a ticket refund, specifying the terms and conditions.

• No. You can present your tickets on your smartphone/smart device.

• No, we do not at the moment.

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the timeslot indicated on the purchased tickets.
• Prepare and scan the QR code to the automatic entry doors.

• We highly encourage you to arrive on time for your chosen time slot. If you are late, every effort will be made to accommodate your visit in a later time slot, however in the event that this is not possible due to capacity, entry will be denied, and no refund will be offered.

Opening hours are;
• Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM.
• Friday to Sunday from 10 AM to 11 PM.
• Show sessions start every half hour. The last show starts 1 hour prior to closing.

• Yes, the exhibition’s content is suitable for kids.

• It is not recommended for people with epilepsy or similar conditions to visit the exhibitions, due to the high number of moving images and loud sound.

• If you are a person of determination your ticket is FREE. The ticket price for the person accompanying you is 75 AED.
• You will be required to show proof of disability status, onsite, to receive your FREE ticket. This cannot be done online currently.
• We have a dedicated counter at the reception area for people of determination, and an elevator inside the venue, for easy access to the mezzanine level.

• We do not have a baby changing room inside the venue. However, baby changing rooms are available in The Dubai Mall restrooms – the closest is on the left side of our venue.

• There is no cloakroom inside the venue, but lockers are available.

• Yes, 58 small lockers and 6 large lockers are available for visitors. They are reserved for Infinity des Lumières visitors and are free of charge.

• Small Lockers are 340x365x313 mm
• Large lockers are 275x365x630 mm

• We do not allow suitcases inside the venue.

• No, there are no wheelchairs available inside the venue.

• There is no baby stroller available inside the venue.

• Restrooms are not available inside the venue.
• The closest available restrooms are in The Dubai Mall.

• Yes. Our immersive digital art centre is very engaging, educational and inspiring for kids and teens of all ages, linguistic and cultural backgrounds and levels.
• We kindly ask you to respect others and ensure that your kids’ activity and engagement with the space and the exhibitions doesn’t disrupt the experience of other visitors.

• Smoking is not allowed in the venue.

• Drinking and eating inside of the venue are prohibited. However, you can keep your water and food in a concealed bag.

• As per the government guidelines, all visitors and staff are required to wear a mask in order to enter/work in the venue, the reception area and the Boutique.
• Wearing face masks are mandatory for all, except small children (up to 3 years old).

• Bladed and cutting items greater than 3.5 cm.
• Tools and explosive substances.
• Canes, umbrellas and all sharp or blunt objects. The canes fitted with a nozzle are however, allowed for the blind, the elderly or person with reduced mobility.
• Dangerous objects, heavy, bulky, loud, repulsive, provoking to cause any nuisance to other visitors.
• Placards, poles, signs or banners.
• Musical instruments and/or amplification equipment.
• Recreational devices such as drones, remote control toys, skateboards, bicycles, scooters etc.
• Alcoholic beverages or any illegal substance.
• Food and beverage (unless carried in a bag).
• Animals.

• Photography is solely accepted without the use of a flash or a tripod for personal use only.
• For any other purpose, it is prohibited unless authorization has been obtained from Infinity des Lumières management.

• Press card holders benefit from free admission upon presentation of their card for the current year.
