Sale Tickets Terms
These Terms constitute the general terms and conditions for the sale of tickets to events and exhibitions managed by Infinity Digital Art Museum (trading as Infinity des Lumières) which is a Limited Liability Company registered in the United Arab Emirates and have its registered office at: Unit TDM-SF-159, Second Floor, The Dubai Mall, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Any ticket Order placed on our website https://www.infinitylumieres.com; or (Order) will be exclusively governed by these Terms which we recommend that you read carefully.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SALE
These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the online sale of tickets by Infinity des Lumières to its events and exhibitions.
The Customer acknowledges having read these Terms prior to the validation of the Order. Purchase of tickets implies your review and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.
Infinity des Lumières reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. In the event of a change, those Terms in effect on the day of your Order will apply.
TICKETS OFFERED FOR SALE
Benefits to which tickets are entitled:
Tickets give the right of access to Infinity des Lumières' ongoing digital art exhibitions.
Period of validity of tickets issued
Each ticket issued is valid only for the period indicated on it.
Availability of tickets
The Customer is informed, in real time, when placing an Order, of ticket availability.
TICKET PRICE
The site offers several prices depending on the type of visit or exhibition and the age or status of the beneficiary of the entrance fee.
The prices for visits or exhibitions are those displayed on the Infinity des Lumières' website at the time of the Order.
The total price at the time of validation of the Order is the final price, including all taxes. It is included in the Order confirmation e-mail and in the invoice.
The prices of the visits and the total price of the Order are indicated in the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
Infinity des Lumières reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, run internal promotions or contests on site and online. Infinity des Lumières is not obliged to share those promotions with its network of Authorised Ticket Resellers.
ORDERING TICKETS
The online ticket Ordering procedure consists of the following steps:
1. The Customer selects the ticket(s) of his/her choice: For each ticket, the Customer chooses, if applicable, the day and time slot of the visit, and the type of the ticket.2. Customer provides first and last name, country of residence, telephone, e-mail address, date of birth and title. Only the field indicated with * are mandatory for the Customer.
3. The summary of the entire Order is displayed.
4. After having checked the Order and having read these Terms, Customer is directed to the private secure online payment page managed by Network International LLC to complete the payment online by providing bank details (numbers and validity date of the card) and by making a final click.
5. Where payment is refused by the payment centre, the Order is automatically cancelled.
6. Any payment of the Order by the Customer constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the Order.
7. After the payment is confirmed and successful, the Customer is directed back to the website to the confirmation page with an option to download his/her ticket.
8. The Customer will receive confirmation of the Order and an invoice by e-mail.
PAYMENT
Terms of Settlement
The payment of the tickets by the Customer is made exclusively in AED and by debit or credit card. The following cards are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Payment transaction
The Customer's bank account is debited for the amount of the Order as soon as the transaction is accepted by the payment centre.
In case of refusal from the payment centre, the Order is automatically cancelled.
Invoice
Upon completion of the transaction, the Customer will receive a receipt of the transaction with the confirmation of the Order by e-mail.
Payment security
Payment by debit or credit card is made on our partner's secure bank servers (Network International LLC). This implies that no banking information concerning the Customer transits via the Network International site or through its network of resellers. Payment by debit or credit card is secure; and the Customer's Order will be recorded and validated as soon as the payment has been accepted by the bank.
The Customer's debit or credit card information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never passes unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. Network International does not have access to these details under any circumstances, and does not keep them on its servers. This is why the Customer will be asked for them each time he/she makes a new transaction on this site.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon confirmation by the payment centre of the payment of the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the Order.
The confirmation e-mail will acknowledge receipt of the Order and contains the following information:
• the date and time of the Order;• the essential characteristics of the ticket(s) sold;
• the unique Order number and the QR code;
• the total amount of the Order; and
• an invoice for the Order.
TICKET DELIVERY
The ticket(s) Ordered is/are, at the choice of the Customer either:
• downloadable by the Customer from the website, in PDF format and printable on A4 paper from a printer connected to a computer;Attention: The e-ticket requires the possession of a printer that can print it on a white A4 sheet of paper. The Customer may print his/her printable ticket in black and white or in colour.
• downloaded by the Customer in the form of an image on his/her cell phone from the website; or• downloadable by the Customer from his/her email, in web friendly format.
USE OF TICKETS
All tickets are systematically checked at the entrance to the site. This control consists of scanning the barcode written on the ticket (numerical code).
Only tickets with a QR code and perfectly legible wording will be accepted.
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure on the day of the visit that:
• the digital version of the ticket showed on mobile smart devices is valid and can be displayed;• if the Customer chooses to print the ticket then it needs to be clearly printed in colour or black and white on a blank sheet of A4 paper, and includes a QR code and perfectly legible information (type of visit concerned, validity period of the ticket); and
• the ticket has a barcode and perfectly legible information (type of visit concerned, period of validity of the ticket and class (ADULT, YOUTH, or free for a CHILD).
Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets will not be accepted.
DISCOUNTS
• Unique Discount Code: The Customer is able to purchase the tickets with a special discount using the unique code online and on the site.• Loyalty Card Holders: The Customer holding a loyalty card eligible for a special discount can purchase the tickets with that discount only after presenting his/her loyalty card as a proof for a reduced price and his/her Emirates ID or passport.
Only the following valid documents will be accepted as proof of reduced price: identity card, or for children, a passport.
The ticket is only valid for the visit and the date indicated on it.
INFINITY DES LUMIERES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ENTRY TO THE SITE IN THE EVENT OF YOUR PRESENTATION OF A TICKET IN BREACH OF THESE TERMS.
FRAUDULENT USE OF TICKETS
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit a ticket in any way whatsoever. The reproduction of a banknote is prohibited and would not provide any advantage.
Any person who illegally reproduces a ticket and/or uses a counterfeit ticket will be subject to criminal prosecution.
Infinity des Lumières will deny access to the site to any bearer of a ticket with a QR code that has already been scanned.
CONDITIONS OF REFUND AND EXCHANGE OF TICKETS
Any ticket issued may not be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of cancellation by Infinity des Lumières of the service to which the ticket entitles the holder to under these Terms.
Cancellation is excluded when it results from a case of force majeure as defined below.
In the event of cancellation by Infinity des Lumières of an event or exhibition, the Customer Service department will contact the Customer as soon as possible by e-mail or SMS to inform the Customer of the cancellation and the Customer will be offered the option:
• either, if possible, with the same ticket, the postponement of the service concerned to a different day and/or time(s); or• the reimbursement of the ticket concerned, specifying the terms and conditions.
Any request for an exchange and/or refund of a ticket must be made to the Customer Service department whose contact details can be found on the website contact@infinitylumieres.com
FORCE MAJEURE
Infinity des Lumières cannot be held responsible for any non-performance due to a case of force majeure, including without limitation, war, rioting, uprising, interruption in transport services, fire, computer failure, interruptions in telecommunications (including, without limitation, networks and the Internet), flooding or natural disaster; for any reason whatsoever, government or legal restrictions.
RECORDS
The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of Infinity des Lumières ADULT, YOUTH, CHILD or any of its service providers, under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of the sales contract, its date, Orders and payments that have been made. The archiving of Orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium in such a way as to correspond to a faithful copy, in accordance with all applicable laws.
PERSONAL DATA
Infinity des Lumières only process the Customer's personal data as set out in infinity des Lumières' Privacy Policy https://www.infinitylumieres.com/privacy-policy/
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Infinity des Lumières is not responsible for and will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any cost, claim, action, damage or loss suffered or incurred by the Customer arising out of or in connection with:
a. any act, omission, default or fault of the Customer;b. any act, omission, default or fault of any third-party;
c. force majeure, including, without limitation, war, rioting, uprising, interruption in transport services, fire, computer failure, interruptions in telecommunications (including, without limitation, networks and the Internet), flooding or natural disaster;
d. any error arising out of or in connection with Order processing or printing of print-at-home admission tickets;
e. any negligent act or omission arising out of or in connection with the loss, theft or the illegal use of the print-at-home ticket;
f. any matter or thing arising out of or in connection with the use of the internet network (including, without limitation, the loss of data, interference, viruses or interruption of service); and
g. any matter or thing arising out of or in connection with the cancellation or postponement of a programmed event at Infinity des Lumières.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Customer and Infinity des Lumières acknowledge and agree that these Terms together with the documents referred to therein constitute the entire agreement between them. Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Emirate of Dubai.
