We are Infinity Digital Art Museum (Infinity des Lumières; we; us; our) a Limited Liability Company registered in the United Arab Emirates and have our registered office at Unit TDM-SF-159, Second Floor, The Dubai Mall, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These terms and conditions constitute the general terms and conditions governing our customers' visit to our events and exhibitions and the sale of products in our boutique ("Products") or select products we may occasionally sell on our website which you may add to your basket once you have purchased your ticket(s) ("Add-On Products").

We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to vary, amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

1. YOUR ATTENDANCE TO OUR EVENTS

1.1 In addition to these terms and conditions, it is important that you read carefully the terms and conditions for the online sale of tickets to events and exhibitions which may found here: https://www.infinitylumieres.com/legal-notice/.
1.1. For your safety when attending our events and exhibitions, please note the following:
1.1.1. An arrival time slot must be selected when booking your ticket(s). Please arrive maximum fifteen (15) minutes prior to your time slot.
1.1.2. If you do not arrive during your arrival time slot, entry will be denied and no refund will be offered.
1.1.3. Masks must be worn at all times whilst attending our event/exhibition. 1.1.4. The wearing of gloves is optional, but if they are not worn, hands must be washed, or hand sanitiser must be used regularly.
1.1.5. Thermal scanning is in place on entry - if you show any symptom of illness, such as a fever (≥37.3℃), coughing or shortness of breath, regrettably we won’t be able to let you into the premises.
1.1.6. You must keep at least two (2) metres distance between you (or your party) and other visitors whilst in queues and in the galleries.
1.1.7. Guided tours are currently unavailable.
1.1.8. If the exhibition rooms become crowded, interim measures will be taken to ensure safety – such as the slowing of entry flow. Thank you for your understanding.
1.1.9. Only small bags and handbags are allowed in the premises. Please leave larger bags in your vehicle where possible.
1.1.10. Unless otherwise expressly prohibited by us, you may take photographs of the exhibition provided you do not use the flash and photographs are taken for your private use only and not for commercial purposes.
1.1.11. Lifts are limited to use by people of determination, those with mobility issues, and parents with strollers.

2. PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS

2.1 Any Products offered for sale in our boutique (where available) and the Add-on Products are only available to private individuals and natural persons, for their own personal use and consumption. As a private individual, you represent and warrant that you are not a professional or commercial buyer and you are not attempting to acquire or use in any way the products we offer for sale for professional or commercial use or for profit.
2.2 The images of any Products or Add-On Products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. The packaging of the Products or Add-On Products may also vary from that shown in images on our website.
2.3 For all professional and commercial purchases of our Products or Add-On Products, you must contact Infinity des Lumieres via email contact@infinitylumieres.com
2.4 Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please check the order carefully before confirming it. You are responsible for ensuring that your order for any Add-On Products is complete and accurate at the time of order.
2.5 Any Products or Add-on Products you purchase on our website will be ready for pick-up in our boutique on the day of your visit.
2.6 Please note that we do not offer any delivery services for any Products or Add-On Products you purchase on our website.

3 METHODS OF PAYMENT

3.1 All prices are subject to change in our absolute discretion without notice. If the prices are changed, the prices applicable at the time of purchase of the products will apply.
3.2 The only currency accepted onsite for cash payment in our premises is the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
3.3 Payment is also accepted by debit or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS). Bank card information is only kept for the time it takes to process the order.
3.4 Taxes and VAT will be applicable based on Dubai laws.
3.5 The online purchase of Add-On products must be made by debit or credit card. Purchases will be charged in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
3.6 We will debit your bank account once only via our secure payment service provider, Network International LLC for the total amount of the products you purchased and only when are registered in accordance with our online registration procedure.

4 EXCHANGE AND RETURN REQUESTS

4.1 You must verify the condition of any Products or Add-On Products you purchase before leaving our boutique to ensure it is free of defects and in perfect condition.
4.2 You may exchange or return defective Products or Add-On Products upon presentation of the original sales invoice issued by us.
4.3 Only Products or Add-On Products which contain hidden defects may be exchanged or returned, depending on the nature of the defect(s), within 15 days of purchase and upon presentation of the original sales invoice. Original packaging should be returned with the defective Products or Add-On Products.
4.4 Exchanges and returns are dependent on the defect not being the result of improper storage or handling by you (including by not observing the instructions for appropriate care accompanying the products), as verified by an inspection by the store manager.
4.5 In relation to Products or Add-On Products that may be repaired, you will be informed of the available repair options and the expected period required for such repairs.
4.6 Should the repair period be unreasonably long owing to the type and nature of the Products or Add-On Products and/or the defect, we will offer you the possibility of an identical item, availability permitting. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer you a store credit or a refund, depending on the amount involved and the method of initial payment, the refund will be made in AED.
4.7 The value of any compensation (exchange, store credit or refund) will be equal to that of the initial purchase.
4.8 In relation to non-defective Products or Add-On Products:
4.8.1 exchanges are permitted within fifteen (15) days of purchase;
4.8.2 the Products or Add-On Products muse be in an unused, sealable condition, in their original packaging and with the original price tag. Sealed items must be unopened to quality;
4.8.3 the Products or Add-On Products must be presented with the original sales invoice issued by the boutique;
4.8.4 any returns may be compensated for in the form of a store credit reflecting the exact initial value of the Products or Add-On Products;
4.8.5 the validity of a store credit is three (3) months from the date of issue - A store credit must be redeemed in the boutique in which the original purchase was made; and
4.8.6 refunds and returns are not permitted for non-defective Products or Add-On Products.

5 LIABILITY

Our total liability to you in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the purchase of Products or Add-On Products either online or in our boutique is limited in all cases to the total amount equal to the aggregate cost of the Products or Add-On Products you purchased.

6 DATA PROTECTION

7 GENERAL

7.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation.
7.2 If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms and conditions, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking these terms and conditions, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
7.3 Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
7.4 These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Emirate of Dubai.
